Spookley is a square pumpkin living in a round pumpkin patch on Holiday Hill Farm. Shunned by the other pumpkins, Spookley is befriended by Edgar, Allan and Poe, three hilarious spiders who convince him that, square or not, he has a right to be the Pick of the Patch. Encouraged by kindly Jack Scarecrow, Spookley tries his best, but he isn’t sure he has what it takes until a mighty storm threatens Holiday Hill Farm. Spookley realizes it is up to him and his square shape to save the day. As a result, all the pumpkins in the patch learn that the things that make you different make you special.

A Company of Friends Productions presents their professional touring troupe in this 50 minute, audience participation show and Pizza Dinner with dessert drinks, games and fun.
Join a rag-taggle group of traveling actors as they try to put on a show with only 1/2 of their troupe and no props ~ Audience members will help out the group by becoming pirates, cheerleaders and finally the hero of our story. Lessons on “the importance of reading,” “how to stay safe around strangers” and “to not judge a book by its cover” are all experienced during this colorful and energetic show. Entertaining for all ages with a cast of 5 adult performers and the opportunity to meet and greet the cast + several other famous characters that will stop by to help with the serving and games. ACOF is a member of the Georgia Council for the Arts Touring/Teaching List and former Arts for Learning Artists.
For more than 25 years Doc Dixon has performed for comedy clubs, resorts and corporate events across the country. He has fooled Penn & Teller on the hit TV show Penn & Teller:Fool Us. He has performed on The Late Late Show with James Corden and has twice entertained at The White House.
